My daughter had a long-time friend visiting her over the start of the school holidays, and I volunteered to be the driver/guide over a couple of days whilst they did their Patisserie Tour. This all came about because her friend wants to be a pastry chef when she grows up. She’s fourteen years old and has held true to this dream for almost five years now. So, in the spirit of encouraging young minds, and especially young minds that are certain about what their passions are, we drew up list of pâtisseries to visit in her less than a week in Paris. Below are the delightful photos of the morning tour that began at La Pâtisserie des Rêves, moved on to Pierre Hermé, made its way to the not-so-upmarket Alma and finished off at Profiterole Chérie. It was a sweet morning! Enjoy the visual feast.
